Walked in late in the afternoon on Friday. Got taken care of set up a new account and was out of there in about 45 minutes. I went to five other locations starting at 1:00 in the afternoon and none of them could get me an appointment. Heartland took me as a walk-in with no appointment you got me taken care of. they gained a new member. Special things to Anita for her hard work!
Anita was very helpful in helping me open a savings account. She walked through with me and answered my questions, to help me understand more of the process. We built a good rapport! Thank you Anita!
The service was always 5/5 until I closed my accounts, then it was 1/5 due to severe lack of information and communication. It was if the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing.
I personally wouldn’t recommend any loans from this place I’m being charged 200-300 a month in interest, ridiculous. I have never paid this much for a loan on a car. I also remember when my mother died how the customer rep treated me and I was the estate head. Extremely displeased will be selling car soon. Also they are giving black memebers higher interest rates I’m sure if they get audit you will see
