We built our lake cabin with Heartland. 5 star on all fronts. Honest feedback about options greatly aid decision making. If it can be done they do it. If it can't be done they tell you. Seems like we caught a break that they had an opening for the build season. We took it. No regrets. High level of workmanship. Great subs. Great communication. We will be using them for phase 2 of our project. Joe, Justin, and Becky run a great business. With Heartland you are not a just a customer, you are a relationship.
Very detail oriented and professional builders. You get what you pay for and the extra cost you may pay is well worth paying, hiring cheaper is not always better. Take it from someone who's been there. I would hire Heartland Contractors again and recommend them highly!
We contacted Heartland Contractors to bid a project to convert our screen porch into a three season porch. They came out promptly, spent almost an hour reviewing the existing structure, and seemed genuinely interested in the project offering many good ideas. We were told to expect an estimate in approximately 2-3 weeks and that they could probably get to it this spring as they had an open schedule at this time (mid-April).
