After I called out this HOA for doing nothing more than policing residents in this community, I started having random people show up at my door claiming they needed to fix something even though I never requested any service. I still stand by what I said: the Heartland Association adds no real value, offers nothing beneficial to residents, and exists only to collect money and enforce unnecessary rules. .
Please do not move to this community, my biggest regret , HOA only focuses on the wrong things, my street is forever dirty, the houses depreciate more than anything you can think about, taxes go up every year!! Find a better location and community to move to..
