Jose' energy in the morning is infectious! He always greets everyone with a big GOOD MORNING and is always so helpful! I asked 5,000 questions (lol) and he answered 5,001 So nice to have great people like him working in Heartland!

Duncan Modlin has been an exceptional person to work with. After boasting my concerns with the older kids and language at the pool around the little kids it appears things are getting better. He is always happy to help and I appreciate his time. He even got me set up with the new software on my phone so I don't have to carry a key card to pool. Wish everyone in the office was as friendly and cordial as him.
