Christi Dennett has been outstanding to work with. I appreciate all her help and understanding but also extremely respectful. If you have any problems just talk to her. She's very quick to respond! I do wish they would fix the dip on Sunnybrook Dr that's been there for 2yrs. They are quick to point fingers at others without 1st looking in the mirror.

17 yr resident. If anyone is looking for a home and want to feel like it is truly yours, is a responsible adult, like to keep personal business to yourself and not get premature "courtesy" notices then stay away from HOA communities. I've learned that it is not for me. I cant go by anyone's time and my dime is scheduled. There is nothing that the HOA does for me and my family but increase dues (why when new homes r popping up) and monitor me.
