Most unprofessional experience of my life. I spoke with Casey, he said he is the manager and owner, he was so incredibly rude and disrespectful. We were inquiring about some basic information, nothing crazy, and he basically told me to shut up and listen then proceeded not to answer any of the questions we had. We are in the process of buying a 2021 Lincoln Aviator and reached out to this dealership after seeing on the Carfax that the vehicle had a minor accident back in 2021. Very prompt! They got my damage taken care of way quicker than I imagined. Easy to communicate with. 100% will be going back if needed (praying I don’t need their service). They did a great job on the car! Worked with the insurance company on my behalf. Thanks, Ollie!
