Horrible experience! The mechanic was rude! He wouldn’t even drive my jeep, he went by the code. They don’t give a loaner car for their customers who are having vehicle trouble, I had to wait 6 hours for them to install a catty. Worst experience ever. The only nice person was Julia in service she tried to get us a loner, was told no! I don’t recommend heartland Jeep! If you want good service & loaner car when needed, go see William at Chevrolet in Jonesboro & tell him I sent you. Bye Jeep & Hello to our Chevrolet.
