These people will rip you off. Not only is half of your payment, going to a rental fee every month, but at the end they will give you a quote and if you make the payment before the first, they will still add a rental fee to it so they can get a little more money out of you when you call to ask to speak to a manager, because your payoff's wrong, they're going to tell you that the Manager is busy, and they can't get back with you. Building was installed incorrectly and they don't care and are unwilling to remedy,will charge me thousands if I return the property so am forced to pay for a botched structure,avoid this company
I wish there was a way to get in direct contact with a manager that is over accounts... I need help with mine and I keep getting automated emails. When I call into customer service I'm told the same thing over and over.

Please do your due dilligence and find a non racist company. The shed companies they work will are on the same mindset as they are. I needed to move the shed the I (ME) am paying for. I had to call them and SEEK permission!!! WTH is that all about. I don't have to seek permission to give them the money so why I am seeking permission to move a shed.
