Heartland Cabin Rentals is only concerned with getting your money. The photos on their website were either very old or had been photoshopped. The entire cabin needed a really good deep cleaning. The ceiling in the living room was literally split by 1/8-1/4 inch with pieces about to fall down. The listing stated 2 full baths but it was not. Ruined our honeymoon đđŒ First day of arrival we never got emailed the address to the location until after the check in time. Therefore, my fiancĂ© and I had to wait in a parking lot for the email with our groceries -.- Then we arrive and thereâs no water in the hot tub..... called and they filled it, to find out that the thing isnât heating up. We were told 4 hours itâll warm up...... 36 hours later and itâs still 68 degrees and no one will call us back with an answer. THEN TO TOP IT OFF: we had brown nasty smelling water... read more
âFeels So Rightâ cabin. Price is decent, staff that sets up the rental time is friendly. But, upon arrival (photo shop should not be legal to use on brochures). Hot tub was mildewed, bed spread had a nasty stain. Appeared to be soda was spilled on a side table with the remote controls and not cleaned up (still wet soda), ripped screens on porch shower heads mildewed (caked on), smoke detector hanging off the wall pool table, dart board jacked up and unkept.
