Our experience with Heartland Behavioral Health has been very difficult. While some staff are kind, my daughter’s overall care has not supported healing. Communication is frustrating. I’ve often been told to call back due to staffing or shift changes, and the nurses’ station phone can ring for long periods with no answer. The treatment environment has not been helpful. Very HORRIBLE, GROUPS WERE THE ONLY GOOD THING about Heartland.
The people that work in the kitchen will lie on you to get you fired if they don't want you there
This place is very rude and disrespectful. They hang up on you mid sentence. They barely feed their people they don't even have programs to help people. This place just needs to be shut down.
