If I could rate zero stars I would. I had been banking here since they were called Town & Country back in 2019. The management treated me like I was a criminal for accessing my account after depositing a check. The sad part is that it wasn't just one time that I was treated poorly. Unfortunately, this made the 3rd time and worst time because she waited until 5pm to call me regarding freezing my account for absolutely no reason. She turned my account in for fraud because I transferred my money out of the account and they said... read more
Won’t cash checks if the check is made out to two people and one of the people is not present, even if they have all of the drivers licenses. Will be closing all of my accounts first thing on Monday. This bank is a joke.
