Ethan was very personable and understanding of my issues in regards to my card and bank account. Explained everything I needed to know in detail and guided me through what processes are needed to made. Highly recommend this bank!
I had a 26-pound jar of change to cash in. All places I checked with (further north) wanted me to roll the coins, or suggested Coinstar, which charges a 10% fee. Heartland allowed me to cash in my change. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I definitely will be their customer again if they are in my new location.
