We actually switched all of our banking to Heartland Bank several years ago and have never once regretted it. We have had nothing but competent and friendly service from people who actually recognize us when we pull up at the drive-thru or walk into the Johnstown branch. Traci, Logan, Michael, and John are a great team. Traci has been there for years and she knows how to handle multiple transactions with all of the ease of a seasoned professional. She treats you with great respect and is very friendly when you stop in to do business. Logan has been a bright spot since his arrival. The Johnstown, Ohio branch's team are the best in customer service and support. They always greet me and make me feel welcomed and happy to assist me. I actually heard a radio advertisement about the branch, while shopping just before I went there today. My first thought upon hearing the advertisement was, "That's my bank they're talking about." Keep up the great service.... "There's no place like Heartland German Bank!."
