Great customer service during every visit. Very friendly staff. Family type atmosphere. Provide/discuss banking options centered around my business. Every trip into the bank has been a pleasant experience in the years I have been banking with them.
We would love to share that’s the Heartland Bank in Pickerington is a really nice people friendly every time I go there it just makes me feel like I’m home it doesn’t matter how busy they are the smiles on their faces make everyone happy
Heartland is the best bank I've used. I have personal and business accounts there and plan on staying. The Pickerington branch is amazing, the entire team there is great. Every time I walk in, I'm barely through the door before I'm greeted by name by literally everyone behind the counter. The best place to bank as far as I'm concerned. Shoutout to Calli, Barbara, Dorman and Ron!
Callihan Benson the Pickerington Office manager is amazing. Her and her staff are always helpful and pleasant to work with.
