My son Walter McIntosh was a faithful customer to JL located in San Marcos,TX even during his college years until last week. This is the worst JL on the planet!!!! My son went there for an oil change and one of the Techs didn't secure his hood properly after the oil change, as he was driving on the interstate his hood flew up. He immediately went back to the JL, and one of the Tech's tried to repair the latch, but wasn't successful.
