I Had a great experience with this auto. Repair Co. & the mechanic found the problem with my auto, ( 1 out of 3 poss.) & got it fixed promptly & for a very reasonable price! Very good service. 😀 Thanks, Customer, Linda Fry,
Horrible experience here. Took my car in because my ac was no longer blowing cold air. The mechanic told me it only needed freon ($80 entire day to complete). The next day still no cold air blowing. I call & they tell me well the compressor must need to be replaced? How did they not know this? So I save $ for a month & take it in. Dropped my car off on Monday morning & it took him until Thursday evening to try different parts to realize that he didn't know what he was doing. 4 days to realize this and because I was upset the... read more

Horrible Experience – These people botched up my car. The mechanic said he could fix it, and then he didn't. I ended up taking my car to a dealership anyway -- because their mechanic didn't fix it -- and the dealership said that the Heartland mechanic had used zip ties to hold something together, such as my ignition switch housing. He had replaced my ignition switch, but, evidently, not with a Ford ignition switch, and so I now have to use a key to open my door and another one to start my car.
