Contacted Chris to get our property appraised. We did $50,000 worth of renovations one year ago and had him come take a look at it to reassess what the house is worth. Last year the house appraise for $232,000 before putting in the $50,000 after the appraisal came back. He said our house depreciated $50,000 and gave us an estimate of $189,000 for our home. I'm not sure how he comes up with his appraisals ???? But not even close to the market value , very disappointed with there evaluations. Depends on there mood that day I guess . Monoply . Way to few good appraisers for our area !!

Would not recommend. Included comps and adjusted price of all was higher than their assessed value of property. Would not explain rationale or logic. Very unprofessional and rude demeanor. Have visited with other lenders in the area and have learned that Chris has a reputation of all the aforementioned. If you have this guy coming on your property, do anything in your power to recommend another appraiser.
