I haven't had a good experience with this company that was hired by my home warranty provider. My washing machine was stopping on the spin cycle. It was still usable as you could reset it by unplugging it for 5 minutes. May 8th they came out and he didn't take anything apart or call anyone, just listened and said it's the capacitor. I had to pay 85. dollars for that highly diagnostic service call. He ordered the parts and returned on May 15th to repair. Nothing was said about it not working so we assumed it was fixed. This is a great hardware store for a small town. The staff is always friendly and eager to help, whether I’m looking for a specific part or just browsing. They have a solid selection of tools, supplies, and everyday hardware needs. It’s nice to have a place like this close to home—convenient, reliable, and welcoming.
I called Frigidaire for help replacing a part on my washing machine, they told me to call these guys in a completely different state. They were nice enough to patiently walk me through it, even though it was completely random and nearly closing time. I can’t really hire them but you should.
