Our new Whirlpool microwave was sparking off the rack. Popcorn didn’t pop very well. It would burn in a spot leaving many unpopped kernels. There was no Owner’s Manual given to us upon delivery. Glen came out but had not worked on this newer model before. However, he called the company and was told to take the rack out. It is only to be used for very few ways of cooking. Is this place a front for money laundering or something? I had the same experience as many others, impossible for them to pin down a date when the tech could come out even after speaking with two people. Looking possibly two weeks away. Then find out it will cost $120 for the tech to come out AND they priced me $716.84 in parts and labor to fix a $500 machine. Pretty sure they just did not want to do the work. Terrible experience.
Terrible customer service. It is impossible to set up a date to have work completed. The only answer they give is they "will call the day before with a 2 hour window". I explained that I often work during the week and would like to schedule something in advance. I provided several dates over the next few weeks. They stated I can either leave my door unlocked or be available for the time they assign. I would highly recommend against using them.
It only took 10 minutes for repair !!! Very knowledgeable
