Is this place a front for money laundering or something? I had the same experience as many others, impossible for them to pin down a date when the tech could come out even after speaking with two people. Looking possibly two weeks away. Then find out it will cost $120 for the tech to come out AND they priced me $716.84 in parts and labor to fix a $500 machine. Pretty sure they just did not want to do the work. Terrible experience.
Terrible customer service. It is impossible to set up a date to have work completed. The only answer they give is they "will call the day before with a 2 hour window". I explained that I often work during the week and would like to schedule something in advance. I provided several dates over the next few weeks. They stated I can either leave my door unlocked or be available for the time they assign. I would highly recommend against using them.
It only took 10 minutes for repair !!! Very knowledgeable
Not impressed with this company so far. They are the Whirlpool warranty people so had no choice. Called on a brand new dw on a Thursday and gave them the error code. Yep someone should be out to fix it beginning of following week. Called again on Tuesday, told they will call day before they come. Called again Thursday. Customer service rep insists I had called the 1st time on a Saturday...looked it up on my phone, Thursday at 1139.
