Hands down, a very beautiful experience on our hardest day. The staff ensured we knew everything about the procedure (I had past experience, but my kids did not) Both my kids originally wanted to be involved with our pet to be "put to sleep", my youngest changed her mind. They had a safe space for my youngest and were very calm, empathic and helpful. They made the experience all around easier in a sense for us, and ensured we made a good decision. Very greatful for their service.
So polite got Jazz in so fast did not have to wait long. The staff was awesome! Thank you to the staff for taking care of my girl Jazz! Good work lady's
Every vet and person working there that I have spoken to has treated me with kindness, care, and compassion. They have never made me feel bad if I can't afford something. Also, there prices are very reasonable, and a huge relief when your used to paying $900 for the vet with vaccines.
Great experience with our German shepherd.
