We recently had to have our dog put down unexpectedly. When we reached out to this vet in particular, they had compassion and understanding for our situation. During the whole process the staff were super caring and made us feel at ease going through this hard time. They have a private room where you are able to have as much time as you need to say your goodbyes. I am so thankful for everyone at this location who helped take that extremely difficult time for us and help make it easier. Thank you so much Heartland!

Updating my review::: A couple of Saturdays ago, I brought my puppy in for an emergency veterinary visit. Unfortunately, I encountered a technician who was quite cold and condescending. The response I received did not seem satisfactory, so I sought a second opinion, which indicated a different assessment. As a result, I decided to switch my puppy's veterinary provider and planned to transfer my cats as well.
