The room looked really nice and clean as per normal. New curtains lifted the room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast chef is great; his eggs are perfecto! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay in Hamilton. I received a beautiful gift because I had reached stays there of up to 25 times. Was so beautiful and warming to receive it. thank you so much.
A great location for whānau to stay, lovely staff and facilities were good nice and tidy and very accessible to centre city
Lovely stay nice and tidy clean room cozy and spacious service great and great location would stay there again
Stayed in 2 bedroom unit room was run down and old havint seen a shower over bath in years. rooms were old and kitchen stunk of bleach when we first arrived but it was only to mask the funky smell that hit us the next day the only saving grace was the breakfast was great will not stay again
