The Doctors I have met there are great. But the front desk is awful. The way they interact with people is so unpleasant. These people they have place on the front desk need much more training on how to treat people. Because people with that degree of harshness are not the type of people we need at clinics. Also when trying to make an appointment is horrible. What’s wrong with these people? If they don’t want to serve the public they may close so we know not to bother to try to get help from them.

Do not visit this place. Dr. Smith was extremely unprofessional, asking questions without explaining why. She was very dismissive and did not read my medical history before asking triggering questions. Very low level of care and a complete lack of empathy. She even asked me if I knew how to read in English, despite the fact that I was having a full conversation with her in English, very racist and rude.

Treated horribly, mocked and not taken seriously by the doctor, doctor was very hostile. Reception staff and nurses are usually very nice. But they never answer the phone and are impossible to get a hold of. Avoid at all costs!!!!
