Highly recommend Heartland Abstract. While in the process of purchasing our home in Chester County, I was given the option to shop for Title Companies, and how glad I am that I did. Heartland Abstract recently took on title work and settlement for a property that, due to the buyers' relocation, ideally needed to close in less than two weeks. Not only did they pull it off, they did so extraordinarily well! Jennifer worked hard to cover every detail, and Andrew drove out of town to personally do the closing. I highly recommend choosing them for their hard work, expertise, and professionalism!
We used Heartland Abstract to settle on our first home. Jennifer and Andrew were extremely helpful in answering our questions.
