I drove through this community recently to see what it looked like, and I was really impressed by what I saw. I was most blown away by what looked like a resort style pool. The two big waterslides looked like so much fun, it’s kind of like having your own little waterpark in your neighborhood! Overall, I was extremely impressed with everything I saw.
Heartland is a nice and well planned community. The pools and play areas are great for relaxing or staying active. There are plenty of amenities that make it easy to enjoy your time here. Everything is clean and obviously well taken care of and the convenient part is that it's not far from Dallas!
Ever time you drive under the Heartland entrance it makes you realized how special the community is from all the landscaping to the well thought out home layout. If you’ve never been you should checkout the community at least once.
Checked out Heartland recently and really liked the amenities. The Oasis pool, parks, and bike trails stood out. It looks like they have 7 or more builders building new homes.
Heartland really surprised me in the best way. It’s got a great vibe—lots of green space, fun parks, and just feels super family-oriented. You can tell people actually love living here. And the fact that it’s about a 30 minute drive to Dallas makes it even better. Definitely a spot worth checking out!
