After 6 years of going to this clinic with all of my pets and after spending almost 14 THOUSAND dollars at this clinic in those 6 years the Chief of Staff Kopman has decided that he is "not comfortable" performing the neuter surgery on my new puppy. Background story: 2.5 years ago he performed the spay on my 6 month old Pekingese and it did not go well, in my opinion.
