After 6 years of going to this clinic with all of my pets and after spending almost 14 THOUSAND dollars at this clinic in those 6 years the Chief of Staff Kopman has decided that he is "not comfortable" performing the neuter surgery on my new puppy. Background story: 2.5 years ago he performed the spay on my 6 month old Pekingese and it did not go well, in my opinion. RecommendedI have brought my puppy here for all her shots and nail trims. Even though the procedures are not much fun, she still gets so excited to see the staff and the building, she is always ready to go right in. That tells me she is being treated very well, and while we cannot go in with her due to pandemic rules, seeing her so happy to be there gives me comfort. Her nail trims are always great too, and we will be customers for life.
All the doctors are incredibly knowledgeable, and very informative. The entire staff is very friendly. I travel from NE Portland to Vancouver to use this clinic. I think very highly of everyone there.

We have all our animals there (cats & dogs) since years and we are very happy to have found them. They care about all animals and their owner and have always done right by us. Great compassionate staff and very competent vets! You rock!
