I want to start by saying I my rating is based on my interactions with attempting to set up an appointment. I haven’t received care with any of the psychologists (nor will in the future). I spoke with Grace who did her best to check in with the Directors and make sure my insurance was accepted and everything was good to go. The competitors are better...They have weak reviews for good reason...Look elsewhere if you are currently researching different options...They are known to book sessions and charge you without permission...And they are known to give you a very hard time for fixing it...But even more importantly...They deny this and if you look at these reviews...
I go to the downtown location and Jason has been amazing for me, so thankful to have him. Everyone at the front desk is very friendly and accommodating.
