I lived in a Bennett Hill Condo for about 7 months and had a great experience. The condo itself was stunning, I loved the hardwood floors and having a real deck is amazing. The second floor (bedrooms) stays really hot in the spring/summer even if you have the air cranked which was my only real concern with the place. I always felt safe. Maintenance was speedy, kind and considerate. Definitely recommend!
As a prospective renter, I can't say enough about how impressed I've been with Hearthstone! The property manager, Melissa, has been very responsive, caring, and accommodating to meet my needs in ways they wouldn't have to. They would have no trouble renting their apartments, but have gone above and beyond to be helpful. It's been a very positive experience so far.
