I had Keith do some minor work on my house to repair a support beam with joists. He said to call back in three months so that he could adjust it. Called 5 times with messages but he never answers the phone or calls back.
As a neighbor to one of his builds, his equipment was driven over and parked on my property, damaging the turf and existing infrastructure. Trash was allowed to accumulate on my property without being cleaned up. After pointing out the problems, empty promises were given and never followed through, despite numerous contacts and reminders. If he finally chooses to fix the problems, I will change this review, until then, I have been treated with zero respect to myself or my property...
