I am extremely happy with Hearthstone. Dr. Wallace is an exceptional physician. She is a good listener, thorough, and takes all the time needed to address my medical issues. The staff are friendly and I can almost always get an appointment quickly when needed. I would highly recommend them.
Kristy Myers was my doctor, I've only seen her once maybe twice of all the visits I have had, I would alweys see a different doctor and could never understand that process. My biggest complaint is that this office NEVER answers there phone, think I'm kidding just try calling. They will return calls but only days later. They left me a not so nice voice message as well as sent be a letter scolding me for missing an appointment only to find out the missed appointment was a yearly physical exam they put on there calander but nev... read more

This office you have to fight with to get anything done Dr Holloway who is majority owner blames patients for his lack of hiring qualified and educated people! He refused to write a prescription for my daughter while in between providers . He has a temper and explodes behind closed doors and fires patients when he is confronted about his poor staff performance .
