Was on the search for a new PCP, and tried this office today. Every single person in the office I got to speak with was super nice and fun, from the receptionists to the phlebotomist. I saw Kristen Osborn, and she was a joy to deal with while Dr P. was out. She listened to all of my concerns, and gave me some confidence in moving forward. Definitely looking forward to coming here for my routine visits.

I am extremely happy with Hearthstone. Dr. Wallace is an exceptional physician. She is a good listener, thorough, and takes all the time needed to address my medical issues. The staff are friendly and I can almost always get an appointment quickly when needed. I would highly recommend them.
Kristy Myers was my doctor, I've only seen her once maybe twice of all the visits I have had, I would alweys see a different doctor and could never understand that process. My biggest complaint is that this office NEVER answers there phone, think I'm kidding just try calling. They will return calls but only days later. They left me a not so nice voice message as well as sent be a letter scolding me for missing an appointment only to find out the missed appointment was a yearly physical exam they put on there calander but nev... read more
Great Doctor's and staffing is wonderful, kind and caring especially the new phlebotomist is awesome!!!
