The reviews say they value your satisfaction and value living here but the past 8 months I’ve rarely had my second bathroom habitable. I’ve had raw sewage in my master bathtub at least 4 times. I see the owner replies to these reviews, I want to stay in the hearthstone crossing but not in this unit with a busted plumbing pipe. This was found last week and would explain all the backups I’ve experienced throughout my whole lease!
I worked with charity and she's a blessing she help my family and really took into consideration my circumstances she definitely did more then her job requires she went above and beyond and I am truly grateful! If you need things done she's the one to do it! I hope I get approved I would love to live where they care about their residents
Great community for me, had to wait on maintenance for a few days when first moving in but that’s my only complaint!
