What a fantastic experience! We wanted our wood fireplace converted to gas. We desired to keep our stone if possible. The opening needed to be enlarged quite a bit on all sides to fit the insert we purchased. Another company told us we could not keep the stone. Hearthstone came out and said they didn’t think it would be a problem. Said it would probably take 4-5 days, they finished in 3 using our original stone they removed! We had them come out to estimate a handicap bath remodel. They showed the next day and were professional and courteous. They asked for 20 days to give an estimate. After 30+ days and multiple messages, Noone answers or returns my messages. Having had my own contracting business before being in a wheelchair, I find this very unprofessional.
Excellent service, employees are professional and they do quality work. Very responsive to questions and explain what needs to be done. I would recommend them to anyone.
