Very disappointed with the service here. I received a quote from Greg and went into the shop where the owner informed me I’d have to pay $100 more in labor than Greg quoted me for a gas log replacement. I should have walked away right then and there. My logs didn’t arrive for the installation date, so I was offered a loaner set which I haven’t been able to use because they were causing too much black soot build up. Customer service is terrible. I have had them out 3 times to fix a problem, they had to order parts and it took them 3 weeks to do that after the service call. It's now been a month and a half and I haven't heard from them at all. Not a good way to keep customers happy
It's nice to shop at a business where family values and ethics are more important than transactions
Very Surprised I had a brick fall out of my old wood stove. I went in to these guys since they were right down the street, and they gave me a brick for nothing. They also told me where i could find a poker set for cheaper.That kind of customer service isnt something you find everyday. I will probably be back for anything I need woodstove related. Awesome
Fabulous job – We purchased a gas log set and glass door for our fireplace in February. I went into the showroom not intending to buy, but with many questions. The young salesman filled me in on the gas log details and options and also gave me a rough estimate of the total cost of installation for our zero clearance fireplace.
