I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Hearthside in Cleveland. Although the repair was completed, the pricing was excessive. Charged $249 for a service call which was unexpected, so we continued with the repair because we had already paid the $249 service call. Nearly $700 total repair bill for a control switch. Please do your homework, this company is overpriced.
