Lots of paperwork errors. Messed up my insurance twice within the last year despite updating my information with them in writing. It is a subscription service as well, which doesn’t seem right for healthcare.
This is what’s been missing in medical care for far too long: competent professionals who listen and care..a fabulous group who are kind and are totally competent! Lucky us to have them inthe Hood!
If you're looking for a primary care practice that 100% has your back, I highly recommend this group. The cost of the monthly subscription (which is very reasonable in my opinion) is worth the convenience, access and level of care you get 10x over. They're always quick to fill prescriptions, answer questions and get either a telehealth or in-person appointment. If you're on the fence, schedule an intro call. You'll be glad you did!
The easy communication with Dr. Klonel through Direct Primary Care is the kind of medical care that works best for me. It eliminates all the worry, anxiety, frustration, and waiting that used to be caused by having to go through middle people (receptionists, nurses, etc.) just to get an appointment or a rare call-back. Now I can text, email, or call her directly and get a quick response and the help or solution I need. It is such a relief to have this kind of attention.
