Lots of paperwork errors. Messed up my insurance twice within the last year despite updating my information with them in writing. It is a subscription service as well, which doesn’t seem right for healthcare.

This is what’s been missing in medical care for far too long: competent professionals who listen and care..a fabulous group who are kind and are totally competent! Lucky us to have them inthe Hood!
If you're looking for a primary care practice that 100% has your back, I highly recommend this group. The cost of the monthly subscription (which is very reasonable in my opinion) is worth the convenience, access and level of care you get 10x over. They're always quick to fill prescriptions, answer questions and get either a telehealth or in-person appointment. If you're on the fence, schedule an intro call. You'll be glad you did!
