Major water seepage into our basement thru the double cellar doors for several years. Repairs done to the brick and stone side walls and limestone frame in the summer of 2019. No water seepage occurred during the very wet rains and puddling which has taken place in the winter of 19/20. We had water dripping into the fireplace and then moving across the hearth during a rain storm. Called Hearthside Chimney & Masonry. They did an inspection, and determined what needed to be done. I found their fees to be fair and reasonable. They came on 3 different occasions to make the repairs. One of those was on SuperBowl Sunday afternoon! Answered all my questions via email and even had a professional call to answer more specific questions. I paid for the inspection because it would credit back to my project, which they honored. Overall great experience. Never had a company give a two hour arrival window, always from like 10-5. They said 1-3 and when it rained and they were behind by 15 minutes, they let me know with a call. Already recommended to a neighbor.
