In the process of making reservations, getting help confirming payment, making payments, the one thing I said everytime was the pool being warm was the highest priority. We rented Bear Trail Lodge 11/10-11/13. Upon arrival, neither the pool nor the jacuzzi were bearable from a temperature perspective and weren't bearable until late Saturday afternoon and by Saturday evening, the pool was cold again. We stayed at Moonlight and Roses October 4-8 and the cabin and staff were great. Fantastic view. The 1st day we had 4 bears that came up and one about 15 feet from us. The next morning we saw a baby bobcat but it didn't stay long. The 3rd day we saw a large fox crossing the road in front of our cabin. Very peaceful and great stay. We have pictures but I'm not sure how to post on your site.
We stayed in Scrubby’s Retreat. The company was great to work in accommodations but very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the cabin. Windows, blinds, bathroom walls had toothpaste splattered on walls and mirrors, very dirty around commode in master bathroom plus mold around rim, webs on walls in bedroom, kitchen floor around cabinets had trash under them, laundry room floor had trash direct TV didn’t work in living room etc.
