We bought a log set and wood burning fireplace from these guys. They did a great job on both. They were very patient with us as well. We considered ordering a fireplace from an online retailer, but found the price at Hearthcrest to be affordable and wanted to work with a physical location just in case we ran into any issues. I'm so glad we did - when we unboxed the fireplace, we noticed that it was damaged (likely in shipment from the supplier to Hearthcrest). It was two days before Thanksgiving and I resigned myself to the fact that it was unlikely that we would have a fireplace for the holiday. Bought a fireplace from them and installed in March 2020. Not sure when it actually quit working but here in Oct 2022 it will not ignite. Probably a junk valve but more so, I called a few times and even left a message and no return call. I have only turned this fireplace on a dozen times at most. So longevity is not so long and once you're sold a product, you're forgotten about.
