The Hearth Shoppe replaced our gas fireplace with an electric one. The entire experience was a great one! Determining our options and getting a quote was a very easy process. Then upon install, we decided that the original plan was not the best one. But they worked with us to make the change and bent over backwards to make it easy. Just had new doors installed for our fireplace. The old doors were an 80's style. The new doors are amazing!! Thanks to Jake for working with us, and getting everything setup, and thank you to the installers for being polite, professional, and fast! Would highly recommend this company!

Had the service division out to service our 20 year old gas fireplace. They arrived on time ( actually were even early) and professional. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Fireplace has not looked this good since the day it was installed. Their service cleaning rate is more than fair. If you need service to your gas fireplace, this is the store to call.
