Nathan and the HPC Fire team were incredibly helpful with our recent fire pit / gas connection challenges. Our 10+ year burner needed to be replaced. HPC did not supply our original but we chose their burner for replacement. Once installed by licensed plumber, we had a loud whistling noise which had not been present previously.
