Excellent customer service we will be using them on a regular basis to clean and service our hot tub.
Dave, Mae, and the whole Hearth team were fabulous in our pursuit of a hot tub. Love the Bullfrog they ended up installing!
Wanted to let people know that the staff is very friendly and very helpful in assisting you with any problems you have with your pool. I have had my pool put in three years ago and never had any issues with it.

We bought a woodstove from here. As it is cash and carry, they used a forklift to put the stove into the back of our pickup. They were kind of jerky placing it in and the edge of the stove ended up pressing on the crossbar of the tonneau cover. I pointed this out and asked them to move it out an inch or so but they said it would be okay once we strapped it in.
