Great place. Kind friendly and knowledgeable owners
We just bought a home in Barboursville & with a “not working” fireplace. Usually this would not be complicated, the fireplace was just six years old, however it was. The short version Hearth & Patio By Axwood fixed it! Thank you it is now working & beautiful.
Expect 10-12 weeks for service and expect extreme pricing. And phone service is really poor
Owners are rude, never listen to your concerns or questions. Avoid, avoid, avoid like the plague.
I really like their furniture but customer service on the phone could be a little friendlier.
