I called the company in Harrison and they gave me great information while on the phone and talked me through starting the fireplace. The gentleman that I talked to was very pleasant and patient
Went to get pellet stove pipes etc needed to hook up small pellet stove. They did not have everything we needed. They were nice enough but cost was almost 800.00 . After already hooking up the stove but of course didnt have all the piping materials went to Tractor supply and they had the other components we needed but also had the complete kit for less than half of the price under 400.00 and wouldn't of had to spend another 150.00 ..He mentioned they couldnt keep up with the big box stores.
