I’ve been meaning to write this for some time. This company has been absolutely wonderful from the very first interaction. I had to replace my gas fireplace and I had a horrible time of it. Delores stepped in to try to help in so many ways before it was determined it could not be repaired. Delores took time to provide me with the most affordable options and recommended a model that was reputable, reliable and could be used during a power outage. Absolutely an amazing experience with this company! Hands down the best in Muskoka Area. Kevin came out on a Sunday to show us information on the installation of our new wood stove, as this was located at our cottage, and we are only there on weekends. This is outside of their business hours, and was greatly appreciated. Delores is fantastic to deal with, so good I recommend these people all the time. Our neighbours had a new stove installed from our recommendation as well. Thanks for everything you both! Mitch
I was here, but I was looking for a different company
I recent had a new Valor propane fireplace installed in my late 1800’s farmhouse in Muskoka. From Kevin’s first visit, he explained the approach to replace the existing fireplace and the what was needed need to bring everything back up to code. His work was beyond incredible. Great care we taken to accommodate the yet to be completed stonework. Kevin and his team also ensured all furniture and rugs that couldn’t be removed were all protected.
