This is the ONLY fireplace company we will use, even if it means we must wait weeks for an appointment - we happily do so. We've been with this company for over seven years and are very grateful for their professionalism, expertise, and kindness. An absolute unicorn company with superior customer service and industry knowledge on all things fireplaces. We simply adore them. I could not be happier! They did a great job servicing my gas fireplace at my rental. To be honest I was quoted $250.00 from another company and Hearth Masters did it for $125.00. Highly recommend giving this company a shot. Support your local small businesses!!!

They did a great job cleaning my 3 fireplaces at a very fair price. They checked one valve to make sure it was not leaking which I thought MIGHT be a chance for a slight up-sell but ended up telling me that it's working fine. They do work clean as well, which is important.

Had Danny with HearthMasters come to service my two-sided fireplace. To start off, Danny called when he was 20 minutes out to let me know he was close for my service appointment. Danny does a very thorough job. Took his shoes off to start with! Protected the floor with soft drop cloths. He explained the whole process from removing the glass, the logs, the grate, and the stones. Vacuumed out all the moths and wiped down the entire fireplace from top to bottom. Danny came to clean both my gas fireplaces. I recently moved into my daughter's home which had been rented to others for 5 years. He was meticulous in cleaning out dead moths and other debris, checking the connections and installing a blower in the living room. He told me what he was doing and how I could take care of minor issues myself. He was personable and friendly and I appreciated the time he took with me in answering all my questions. I will definitely be calling him when the fireplaces need servicing again!
