We have just had our old wood fire heater replaced by Hearth House Mandurah. The process from start to finish was perfect. Well mannered and respectful tradesmen, punctual and professional. Every person we dealt with at Hearth House Mandurah are knowledgeable and patient and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received and our new heater. Special mention for Charlie and Alex, outstanding young fellas. Thank you, Ian and Eve. Falcon
Kevin came & did a service on my A/C unit today. Prompt arrival, definitely knows his stuff & a genuinely nice guy. Would definitely recommend
Thank you to Brayden, Amy, Charlie and team at Hearth House Mandurah for installing our new Panasonic Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning System. From consultation to installation you guys were amazing and we couldn't be happier. Your professionalism and customer service was second to none.
Excellent service from Hearth House, purchased our fire place from here 5+ years ago, although there are new owners now, these guys are amazing. Kevin went above and beyond to clean the flute/fireplace and replace the rope on our fireplace door. Very respectful/polite and just an awesome technician in general. Thank you hearth house (Louise with whom I dealt with and especially Kevin. highly recommend this business!!
From the original consultation in the showroom with Amy, to Brayden and Charlie installing, and then Brad completing the build, the entire process was 5 Star! Brad went above and beyond to ensure build could be done, even after we encountered problems with our ceiling. Highly recommend Mandurah Hearth House.
