Initial onsite review provided further assistance in our decisions. The installation was very professional. Thank you to all the team. It has made our living very comfortable.
So happy with our new fire and the team at Hearth House Mandurah, customer service from both Toyah and Amy in the showroom to the guys who installed it was exceptional. Would highly recommend this team any day. It was great that we went through a group who also specialises in air con too as we need to move and increase some ducting and they could do that on the spot! A great experience, thanks guys!
Very poor service and very poor customer relations. I will not be recommending Hearth House to anybody . I have paid Upwards of $3000+ for a brand new Wood Fire Heater and after 12 mths its is releasing smoke into the house from the top of the fire box , the first available chimney clean is not available for about a week. Very poor way to treat your customers.
Average aircon installation, left small hole in ceiling, and come winter water gets around the Dropbox like a water fall. Could have definitely run ducting better as 2 of 6 vents get almost no airflow, 1 being only a couple metres away from Dropbox. Had to seal the roof ourselves and re run the ducting to get better airflow. Yes it pumped cold air, no it wasn't a good job.
