Hearth House Bunbury has been great to deal with service is great , I looked at a few options, before I chose “Hearth House Bunbury”. I ask for a pre installation inspection which Lance carried out giving me two options for fitting. I purchased a Jarradale Heating “Rapsody”, keeping the money in the state and also a local small business, as well. Dan followed up on the quote for me, which was great. Installation is booked . Miles has been fantastic to deal with. He came out to inspect the site, offered practical solutions and suggestions, and really took the time to ensure we were getting the right setup for our needs. He was efficient, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Great communication and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
I cannot stress how helpful these guys were on my fireplace project. As a man with zero skills or knowledge, I was guided through the necessary steps to change out an old knackered gas fireplace, and make the fireplace of my ambitious pintrest dreams. Hearth House staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are very patient and polite even though our project took forever to complete. We highly recommend them for any aircon or heating installation. One of the best local business serving the people of Bunbury and surroundings.
Really impressed with the advice from Miles at Hearth House, helping us to get what looks to be an awesome woodfire ready for this winter. It all went so well we got an split cycle aircon unit from them too, good to cover all bases! They also sorted the installer side which was really appreciated.
