Hi Fireplace looks great and I am happy with my selection. The store has a great wide range. I was a bit disappointed in two things, hence the three stars. - the lack of communication at times. I had to call them to chase up the order. - the sub contractor for installation. I used one of the three contractors they use regularly and recommend. There is a small scratch in my floor unfortunately. I am also unhappy with where the flue enters the ceiling. If the fireplace was moved just 10mm fwd, the outer flue plate would sit fl... read more

Fantastic service. Sandy helped to choose the right heater for our space and requirements, and went above and beyond by contacting the installer on our behalf when we had to unexpectedly go back to the UK. Meant we had a nice warm house the day after we got back.

Excellent service from Matt and I could write War & Peace on the amazing tradies… nothing was any trouble for them, even though the fitting of the new mantle and electric fire was beyond a challenge for Matt and his team. I cannot speak highly enough about this business.

I recently had cause to contact Hearth House to fix a solenoid issue (not known at the time of calling) with my evaporative air conditioning system at home, and was once again very impressed by the service I received. Despite it being a very busy time of year, Miles was able to send technicians to Margaret River within a couple of days of my call.
