Pete Sirois, that was probably Patty? When it was Aladdin Steel, it was an amazing company, with amazingly innovative products and with amazing pride. After becoming a publicly traded company and purchased by HON, it slowly went all to hell.

We bought a PelletPro Stove PP130 from their line of stoves, thankfully from North40. As we got the new Stove Home set everything up, did the first burn, cleaned the stove and then let it run. This filled up our whole lower part of the home with smoke. After some back and forth with the sales people, we called the 800 Nr. explained everything to them and they wanted me to start to take the stove apart and reseal it.
