Had a tour of the facility set up through a place for mom. Toured the facility and then, Rose, the director of the facility went to evaluate my father to see if he was good fit for their facility. Spoke to her once and then I was completely forgotten about. Left multiple messages and never got a return call. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend.
The facility is nice. But management is horrible. They can’t keep employees. Employees give residents the bare minimum care. If the resident calls too much they will take residents phone off the hook to prevent calls. Constantly hiring people with no experience & not training them properly which leads to neglect. They don’t care about employees and show favoritism. Please don’t send your love ones here.
