Quality work for sure, but the owner lacks customer service skills. The owner made me feel as though my business was burdensome and that my husband and I were idiots for not knowing how to operate our fireplace (never previously owned a fireplace and was not present when it was installed). As a new, incredibly sleep deprived, mother of twins... I'd appreciate a smidgen of compassion. Jeff was awesome to work with—he went out of his way to show my wife and I an assortment of mantle possibilities , even sample of stains on the raw wood. The finished product is amazing! We would highly recommend Hearth and Home. The Neals.
