Great experience from start to finish. Amanda and Zac were great for moc ups and our mantle options. Instillation team was very clean and patient , even with our doggies who cannot wait to sleep in front of their new fireplace.
Amazing experience with hearth and home furnishings. Got a new wood stove installed and was very impressed. The installers were very professional, did a very clean install and walked me through the stove operation. Would highly recommend!
We are extremely pleased with both Fireplaces we had updated. Service was outstanding on the front end for the consultation and throughout the entire installation process. We recently had service done on a fireplace installed by Hearth and Home. Alex, the technician, was completely professional. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and let me know everything he was doing. He took the utmost care in protecting the area surrounding the fireplace. The customer service was outstanding.
