I stopped into Hearth and Home 4 months ago. We look at and decided on a stove. We talk to a lady and gave her our information. After a couple months of not hearing anything I called. They said someone will call you right back and here it is 2 more months and still no call. If your needing a good stove and good service contact Sackett Fireplace at 1303 Fulford.
I am extremely disappointed with the installation service that Hearth & Home should have provided after selling us a Vermont Castings stove. It's been over a year since we placed our order with Mike & our stove is still not installed due to poor workmanship. Initially the wrong heating unit was ordered & installed. Could not get the stove to stay lit. We were then told by Mike's expert that the problem is in the chimney. No word from Mike after that info, so we followed up with a chimney sweep.
