Overpriced, expensive junk fees, weeds in the backyard of patio, pests galore, lazy landscape job, they don’t treat the lawns to keep the pests away from apartments. Apartments are old and construction is much to be desired. Reminds me more of a hotel rather than a “home.” IMO-shop around and keep your eyes wide open “BEFORE “ you sign. They are all about profit not tenants. Kentucky is landlord friendly not tenant friendly.
